Pursuant to Section 51 of the Canada Marine Act, notice is hereby given that, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the St. John’s Port Authority (“SJPA”) proposes not to increase wharfage charges, berthage charges or harbour dues for the period of March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022.
The current schedule of all port fees and charges is available on the SJPA’s website under the “Forms and Tariffs” tab. Alternatively, these documents may be obtained from the SJPA on request; and persons interested in making representations about the proposal may do so, in writing, addressed as follows:
