Notice: Annual Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the St. John's Port Authority (SJPA) is scheduled to take place at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, in the HMS Briton Room, 2nd Floor, Murray Premises Hotel, 5 Becks Cove, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. The SJPA’s audited financial statements will be presented and made available at the meeting. The financial statements may also be obtained at the Port Administration Building, 1 Water Street, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador during normal business hours or online at sjpa-apsj.com/port-authority/financial-statements/. The wearing of masks is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
