Pursuant to Section 51 of the Canada Marine Act, notice is hereby given that the St. John’s Port Authority (“SJPA”) proposes: (1) to extend the already established uniform daily rate for shore power users at Piers 6 and 7 to the new 30/50/60-amp connections at Piers 19, 20 & 21; and (2) to extend the current $20.00 per calendar day or part thereof charge to all vessels of 99 feet or under, and not more than 250 GRT, at Piers 6, 7, 19, 20 & 21, whether connected to shore power or not, both to become effective on November 20, 2024.

The current schedule of all port fees and charges is available under the “Tariffs & Fees” tab; with the proposed schedule containing more details here. Alternatively, these documents may be obtained from the SJPA on request; and persons interested in making representations about the proposal may do so, in writing, addressed as follows:
