2025-2026 French Studies Scholarship Award

The SJPA is pleased to announce and congratulate the recipient of its French Studies scholarship award for the 2025-2026 scholarship year.

2025-2026 MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY FRENCH STUDIES SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

Mr. William Butt, of Summerford, NL, is the recipient of the SJPA's Memorial University French Studies Scholarship Award, valued at $2,500. This scholarship was established in 2022 to promote and support French language and culture and to encourage linguistic duality in the St. John's region.

Mr. Butt is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in French and English; the SJPA congratulates him on his academic excellence.
