Transport Canada has joined with DocuSign to offer a full online process for the Transportation Security Clearance application, complete with digital signing and a secure location to attach supporting documentation.

As the full application process is now electronic, the St. John’s Port Authority (SJPA) can no longer accept handwritten or paper copies of the application. If you need help to complete your application, contact your employer they will often be able to help you.

Once an applicants file is in our system, they will be contacted by the SJPA to arrange an appointment for processing. Please be sure to bring all your original supporting documentation as well as a piece of government-issued photo ID with you.
